Our Mobile Banking App was designed with the customer in mind. Mobile Banking lets you quickly manage your account while on the go from your Smartphone or Tablet. It also features Mobile Check Deposit which allows you to deposit checks without leaving your home or office. Download our Mobile App from the Apple® App Storesm or Google® Play Store™.

Mobile Deposit lets you deposit up to 10 checks in one business day, up to a total of $5,000.

  • How Mobile Check Deposit works
  • From your Mobile App, sign on to your account
  • Select Deposit from the mobile banking menu page to start a new deposit
  • Endorse the back of the check you wish to deposit
  • Snap a picture of the front and back of the endorsed check
  • Click OK once you capture the check images
  • Complete the Deposit Info fields

What Happens to your check after you make a deposit:

Shortly after you submit a check for deposit, you will receive an email confirming your deposit has been received, followed by a second email when the deposit has been approved or declined.

While you can deposit a check using your mobile device at your convenience, processing days and times may vary depending on the day or time you submit your check for deposit. Listed below are detailed steps on what to expect after you submit a mobile check deposit.

If you make a mobile check deposit Monday – Friday by 5:00 p.m. CST

Deposit Received Notification – You will be sent an email letting you know we have received your deposit, and that it is being reviewed.

Deposit Status Notification – You will be sent a second email by 8:00 p.m. CST that same business day letting you know if your deposit was approved or declined.

If Approved – That same business day, your account history & current balance (but not available balance) will reflect the amount of the approved deposit. Your deposited funds will be fully reflected in your available balance the next business day after the posting date.

If Declined – The Status email will provide the reasons for the Decline.

Mobile Deposits made on a weekend, after 12:00 p.m. CST or on a Holiday

If Approved – The next business day, your account history & current balance (but not available balance) will reflect the amount of the approved deposit. Your deposited funds will be fully reflected in your available balance the following business day after the posting date.

If Declined – The Status email will provide the reasons for the Decline.

Step 1 – Download the Mobile App

  • From your mobile device download the app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store®.

Step 2 – Login

  • Enter your User ID and password and click continue
  • If you’d like your device to remember your User ID, select “Save my User ID”
  • On the next page enter your Company ID and click Sign on
  • On your first login through Mobile Banking you will be prompted to enter the mobile phone number you have registered through in your user profile
  • Accept our Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions
  • Register your mobile phone number and click submit
